About the Event
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan is pleased to host this special session featuring Michael Story, the founder of the Swift Centre for Applied Forecasting, which develops and deploys new techniques for human judgement in predictive analysis. This event offers an incredible opportunity to learn about advanced forecasting techniques and behavioral insights applied to modern decision-making.
Before founding the Swift Centre, Michael was a “superforecaster” and later managing director at the Good Judgment Project, published on tax policy for the Adam Smith Institute, and developed psychometrics at a $10bn hedge fund. Michael studied economics at UCL London and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and holds a master’s in policy research from the London School of Economics.
